We proudly celebrate Mark Bowman’s 20th anniversary at Pomeroy Pacific!
Mark’s journey with us began on February 11, 2005, when Dug Pomeroy reached out to RMIT in search for their top performing students to join the Pomeroy team.
Shortly thereafter, Dug was introduced to Mark Bowman, who had already been recognised as a standout talent, receiving the School Gold Award for the second year in a row – an honour given to the highest-performing student in the Construction Management program.
Just a few weeks later, Mark officially started his career at Pomeroy. Over the next 20 years, Mark has continually excelled, progressing from Graduate to Site Assistant, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and today, serving as Associate Director.
In recognition of Mark’s 20 years of excellence, we are honoured to introduce the Mark Bowman Award – a special award presented to individuals who exemplify dedication, strong values, and an unwavering work ethic.
Congratulations Mark! Here’s to the past 20 years and many more to come.
