It was with great excitement that we were able celebrate the topping out of 1060 in Carnegie which comprises 173 residential apartments.  With the final roof element being put in place, the topping out ceremony was officiated by Ravi Krishnan, CEO of MRCB International and Tommy Jiang, Director of Princes Domain.
