To be recognised as a national finalist for the Best Business and Industrial Park is an incredible achievement that we extremely proud of.

Our Logis Connect project in joint venture with McLaren Developments sits within 154 hectares of industrial land and provides a unique commercial mixed-use offering. Comprising two 4-storey office buildings, more than 400 car parks, 18 warehouses, petrol station and medical centre, this project sets a new standard of design excellence within the precinct.

We are honored to be part of an award that aims to showcase and recognise iconic projects which have successfully raised the bar in terms of design, innovation and excellence.

Congratulations to the team at Pomeroy Pacific for delivering yet another very successful project and looking at our dapper team in the photo below, it has hard to believe they too didn’t win an award for best dressed.
