With an end-value in excess of $60M, this major mixed use development comprising, showrooms, supermarket, retail, over 4000 sq.m of office, a petrol station, food and beverage and warehousing, has achieved fantastic success with sales and leasing across multiple buildings. Based on current levels of interest we expect to be fully leased and or sold prior to completion in 2020.
