At the helm of our national Defence sector offering is Tony Mackay, our National Defence Sector Lead.
Tony brings more than 35 years of Defence experience, beginning with over two decades of service in uniform as a senior Army Warrant Officer and extending through 15 years of private-sector leadership on Defence Industry and Defence Infrastructure Panel projects.
Tony’s understanding of Defence is not theoretical — it’s lived. His experience enables Pomeroy to engage with clients and stakeholders with a rare level of insight, anticipating risks, and delivering outcomes that meet the demanding standards expected of projects that directly support national security.
