We are proud to announce that Pomeroy Pacific will be embarking on a new partnership with Hines on a large scale Build To Rent project located in the heart of South Melbourne.
 
We are thrilled to have been awarded the Project Management works in a competitive environment where the combination of our sector knowledge, team culture, experience and passion have been recognised and rewarded, reflecting the company’s commitment to increasing its scale within the emerging Australian BTR market. 
 
With over 350 high quality BTR units, this project will provide much needed supply to address our expected population growth and the shortage of quality rental housing within the state.
