Mark Pomeroy

Mark leads the strategic direction and operations of the Pomeroy Pacific business. Mark is known for his matchless ability to create ‘the deal’ but also for his appetite for consistent and unrelenting hard work. He is very strategic about the way he works, continually seeking a better way of doing everything for the benefit of the business and our Clients.

Talis Sterns

Talis has nearly 30 years of experience in the property, development and integrated resort industries and now has the major responsibility for the successful delivery of all services and projects for Pomeroy Pacific. Talis understands the importance of long term value based decisions and plays an integral role in assisting clients to unlock maximum value from their projects.

John Salamy

John is a corporate finance and banking professional with over 15 years’ experience raising capital for property developments across Australia. His commercial acumen and sophisticated approach to securing debt and equity enables John to unlock and realise financial solutions for clients not otherwise available in today’s capital constrained market. John is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University.

The daughter of a West Australian cray fisherman, Whitney appreciates the benefits hard work can bring. Her networks and respect throughout the property industry is unmatched and she ensures all Pomeroy’s existing and future clients needs are met each and every time.

With over 20 years in the construction and property industry, David draws on his vast knowledge of construction accounting, finance and the operations of the property industry in his role with Pomeroy Pacific.

Dino Russo

Dino has over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry, and a lifetime of lessons learnt; From humble beginnings as a tradesman, Dino’s career progression is a function of his enthusiasm, entrepreneurialism and  drive for better understanding and constant improvement. His consulting expertise and commercial approach have cemented him as a leader, facilitator, and mentor, known and respected throughout the industry by consultants, contractors, and clients alike. Dino has worked on many large scale and complex projects, always looking for ways to do things more effectively, whilst providing sound advice and development strategies, constantly adding value to clients, peers and commercial outcomes.

Jonathan Gioldasis

With almost 15 years of project delivery experience, Jonathan’s portfolio spans across many projects varying in scale from as low as $15million up to projects in excess of $250million. With experience across residential, commercial, mixed use, hotel and retail, Jonathan has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

Andy Anderton

With 16 years’ experience within construction and property development, Andrew offers a hand-on approach to managing the performance and delivery of the companies growing project pipeline. Andrew has successfully managed project across Residential and Industrial Commercial markets, Land Subdivision, Hotels, Government, Health, Childcare and Ministry of Justice. Andrew is passionate about forging effective long-term relationships, and creating, developing and motivating efficient and successful cross-functional development teams.

Mark has been with the Pomeroy team for over 15 years and has an excellent understanding of all facets of the company. As Associate Director, Mark is responsible for managing the design, tender and construction phases of projects and has a successful track record of delivering projects across various industries and sizes.
