Mark Pomeroy, CEO of Pomeroy Pacific announced the acquisition of a 28 hectare site at the corner of Central Parkway and Paramount Boulevard in Cranbourne West. The site will be developed in joint venture with Little Projects into a mixed use, multi-stage development. 

The site is a 40 minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD and is located in close proximity to a school and wetlands. 

Negotiated off-market, the acquisition signals a return for Pomeroy Pacific to expand beyond its traditional role as seasoned property advisors and to invest its capital into commercial property development with joint venture partners.
