Talis Sterns brings to the role 25+ years of experience in the property, development and integrated resort industries. As COO, Talis has overarching responsibility for the successful delivery of all services and projects for Pomeroy Pacific Clients. Talis has demonstrated a strong understanding in the identification and delivery of profitable projects. He has a quantifiable track record of developing, engaging and growing businesses, and implementing robust systems of governance to ensure quality, fiscal and performance standards are achieved. Prior to joining Pomeroy Pacific, Talis spent over 15 years with Crown Casino where he successfully developed and applied leadership and commercial skills whilst managing the $2.0 bn development roadmap for Crown.
Flynn De Freitas commenced his property career with one of Melbourne’s largest family offices and has spent the last 10 years successfully acquiring and raising capital for a wide range of property developments. Having worked for global management consultants, McKinsey & Company and US investment bank, Merrill Lynch, he brings 20-years of deep intellectual rigour, commercial acumen and financial modelling competency to clients of Pomeroy Pacific’s capital advisory business.
His sophisticated approach to securing and negotiating debt and equity partners enables Flynn to unlock and realise financial solutions for clients not otherwise available in today’s capital constrained market. In particular, his established and comprehensive relationships with broad range of domestic and international capital partners means that Flynn can achieve more certain funding outcomes for clients on the most flexible and competitive terms.
With an impressive marketing background and a proven track record, Whitney McLaren focuses on developing relationships with new and existing Clients and procuring new business from within the industry. Furthermore, Whitney brings an extensive network of contacts and relationships which our Clients receive the benefit of. Whitney works with Clients in the early stages of a project to understand their needs and oversees the Client relationship throughout the duration of the project.
David Marshall has over 20 years experience in the construction and project management industry. He has an intimate knowledge of construction accounting and the modus operandi of the construction industry.
Renowned for his strategic analysis of developments, Jonathan Gioldasis prides himself on being able to extract maximum value from developments, successfully delivering projects within specified time and budget constraints and above all managing key stakeholders.
Having previously worked on a vast array of high profiled projects nationally, in the capacity of Tier One Builders and client side developments, Jonathan also has a wealth of experience in senior roles with other project management firms which has provided him with the opportunity to further enhance and refine his leadership skills.
